You may opt-out of these communications at any time, and consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to purchase any goods or services. You also accept and agree to be bound by these SMS Terms and Conditions, the Website Terms of Use, our SMS Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms and agreements related to your use of Company’s services.

Program Description

Company and its service providers may use an automatic telephone dialing system (“autodialer”) to deliver Company text messages to you. Company text messages are intended to provide you with information about upcoming appointments and Company’s goods and services (e.g., Company- promotions, product launches, sweepstakes, and contests).

Cost

To opt-in to receive text messages from a Company text messaging program(s), please follow the instructions provided in the LOI or Outreach Application.

How to Opt-Out

To stop receiving text messages from the Company text messaging program, text STOP to the five digit short code for the text messaging program (i.e., the five digit number from which its text messages are being sent). You will then receive confirmation of your opt-out of that text messaging program.

Your Mobile Telephone Number

You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide. You are responsible for notifying Company immediately if you change your mobile telephone number. You may notify Company of a number change by submitting a “contact us” form on the website. You agree to indemnify Company in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify Company if you change your telephone number, including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Access or Delivery to Mobile Network is Not Guaranteed.

Trinity Solar offers subscription text messaging program(s) (the “SMS Business Texting Program(s)”). Customers may voluntarily enroll themselves in a text message alert program. You will be enrolled in a “mailing list” when you subscribe to this service. This Privacy Policy discloses the information practices followed by Trinity Heating & Air, Inc. d/b/a Trinity Solar with respect to the personal information gathered to help Trinity Solar service its customers and respond to requests for information through its SMS Business Texting Program(s), including the type of information that Trinity Solar gathers, the way Trinity Solar uses information internally and Trinity Solar’s policy regarding sharing information with others.

Subject to the terms and conditions of your mobile carrier, you may receive text messages sent to your mobile phone. Participation in the programs on this short code is standard rated (no premium content).

By providing your consent to participate in this program, you approve any such charges from your mobile carrier. Charges for text messages may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid balance. Trinity Solar reserves the right to terminate this SMS service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. The information in any message may be subject to certain time lags and/or delays. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any sms message received from Trinity Solar. By enrolling in this subscription program, you consent that following such a request to unsubscribe, you will receive one (1) final message from Trinity Solar confirming that you have been inactivated in our system. Following such confirmation message, no additional text messages will be sent unless you re-activate your subscription.

Trinity Solar may use an automatic dialing system to deliver text messages to you. The Federal Communications Commission defines an “automatic telephone dialing system” or autodialer as equipment that has the capacity to store or produce telephone numbers to be called and to call such numbers. 47 C.F.R. § 64.1200. By your subscription to either, or both, the one-time text message program or the subscription text message program, you give your consent to Trinity Solar to use an automatic dialing system to deliver text messages to the telephone or cell phone number to which you have directed Trinity Solar to transmit these text messages.
