Trinity Solar prides itself on providing Energy With Integrity. A part of the quality service we provide is treating our employees and customers like family. That is why our team has carefully and continually monitored recommendations from public health and government officials to ensure our employees and the families we serve are protected. In response, we have modified our processes to reduce the risk of COVID-19, while still allowing you to lower your cost of living, protect the environment and improve your quality of life by going solar.
We expect our employees to adhere to appropriate social distancing and masking guidelines. In addition to these guidelines, we provide training and information on other best practices from public health and government authorities to reduce the risk of potential exposure, such as frequent handwashing and/or sanitation and frequent cleaning of devices, vehicles, and workspaces. Employees are not to report to work if they are feeling sick, and we require that anyone who begins to feel ill stops working and takes immediate measures for their health and the safety of those around them.
While we enjoy the time spent interacting with our customers, some of Trinity’s best work is done behind the scenes – and 6 feet away from you. Much of the solar process is conducted from a distance. Whether it is assessing your site conditions, having our staff monitor your project and all associated applications, getting on your roof, and everything else that goes into making solar simple, Trinity has been practicing socially distant procedures by nature.
Trinity offers in-person and virtual consultations to our customers. Simply let us know which option you are most comfortable with, and we will make the proper accommodations.
Cutting-edge technology allows your solar project to proceed with minimal contact. Advanced mapping and shade estimating software as well as online applications, permitting and interconnection in several states and localities enables Trinity to gather and disperse key information safely and efficiently.
We are asking our customers to support us in keeping one another safe and healthy by preventing transmission. If you or someone in your household experiences COVID-19 symptoms, has been exposed to the virus, or has recently traveled to a severely impacted region, kindly notify us and we will transition your sales consultation to a virtual appointment or reschedule an installation or site visit, if necessary.
