Limited time offer, which Trinity Heating & Air, Inc. DBA Trinity Solar may elect to extend in its sole discretion. The following conditions must be satisfied for a referrer to qualify for a $100.00 appointment referral fee:

• The referrer must properly submit the referral's information using the online form provided by Trinity Solar
• The referral must own the home in which the appointment is completed
• At the time the referrer submits the referral to Trinity Solar, the referral must have previously been in contact with the referrer but not Trinity Solar
• The referral must have asked that Trinity Solar contact the referral
• A sales representative directed by Trinity Solar must complete a sales appointment with all decision-makers of the referral in an effort to quote and sell a new solar photo-voltaic system to the referral
• The referral must identify the referrer as the source of the referral's interest in Trinity Solar's services and
• The referrer must otherwise comply with the rules of the program. The following conditions must be satisfied for a referrer to qualify for a $1000.00 installation referral payment to NFL Alumni or $500.00 installation referral payment to each of NFL Alumni and the referrer:
  • The referral must otherwise have qualified for the $100.00 appointment referral payment to NFL Alumni.
  • Trinity Solar must complete an installation of a new solar photo voltaic system at the referral's residence and
  • Trinity Solar must receive payment-in-full for said installation. In the event that the referral lives with the referrer, the referral shall not qualify for the $100.00 appointment referral payment to NFL Alumni unless and until the referral qualifies for the $1000.00 installation referral payment to NFL Alumni referral payment to NFL Alumni or $500.00 installation referral payment to each of NFL Alumni and the referrer, at which point both the appointment and installation referral payments will be paid. Trinity Solar will not pay more than one appointment referral payment to NFL Alumni or more than one of either the $1000.00 installation referral payment to NFL Alumni referral payment to NFL Alumni or $500.00 installation referral payment to each of NFL Alumni and the referrer with respect to any address, and in the event, that more than one source attempts to refer a prospective customer, Trinity Solar may choose in its sole discretion how, if at all, to divide any related referral fee. The referrer may refer friends and family who have expressed an interest in Trinity Solar's services, but the referrer shall not engage in any advertisement, solicitation or public communication, or otherwise make any representation, about or on behalf of Trinity Solar. Trinity Solar is not obligated to accept any referral and may choose, in its sole discretion, not to accept any referral or upon which terms it may accept any referral. Trinity Solar employees are not eligible for this promotion. All payments to the referrer pursuant to this program shall be construed as compensation to the referrer and subject to any applicable tax withholding and/or reporting and are contingent upon Trinity Solar's prior receipt of a completed form w-9. Void where prohibited and some exclusions may apply.

Trinity Solar shall have sole and absolute discretion to determine whether any referral is a member of NFL Alumni for purposes of this offer and may choose to rely upon all, any or no information provided by NFL Alumni at any time or from time to time. Must be 18 or older and legal residents of New Jersey or, at Trinity Solar's sole discretion, any other jurisdiction where Trinity Solar elects to operate.
